Go to menu option Administration -> User settings -> User profile and fill in your personal information. This information is used for your email signature.

There is a default email template in SpinOffice which is build up with information from your profile. An example of commonly used merge-fields in a new email template: 
«My Firstname» «My lastname» 
«My Info1»  (= job title)
«My Email» 
«My Mobile» 

These above fields can be picked from the list when a template is opened, from the drop down menu – My list – in menu bar. 

Upload your company logo in order to get your company logo on top of the default email template.
