Does SpinOffice require dedicated IT support staff?

Traditional CRM does, a hosted CRM such as SpinOffice does not. Traditional CRM requires inhouse IT resources to install and maintain the software and hardware. A hosted CRM providers manage all software upgrades, data security, data privacy, hardware maintenance and virus protection.
