When you experience authentication issues while logging into the CalDAV-account on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, it shows you the 'CalDAV account verification failed' error.
How to resolve this?
- Try to re-enter your password and click on Done. When blue check marks appear on the right, the account is recognized and it will work again.
- If that won't solve it, remove the CalDAV account and re-add it again.
- If the error still remains;
- Go to SpinOffice CRM and reset your password under menu option Extra -> Change password.
(Note that this new password applies from that moment on when logging in to SpinOffice) - Try to re-enter the new password on your device's CalDAV account.
