How do I terminate/cancel my Pro account?

We offer two different paid licenses. The notice period and options differ per license type. You can find out which type of license you have in the license dashboard.


Pro license

These licenses are paid in advance annually and are not automatically renewed. When a license expires, you will receive a message to renew it in the license dashboard using payment via iDEAL, Mollie or any other payment method. Cancellation during the license period is not possible. The duration is always one year after purchase unless otherwise agreed.


Enterprise license

Enterprise licenses are terminable at least three (3) months prior to the date of the next term's invoice. You can send the cancellation by email to info@spinoffice-crm.com.


Why do you need to cancel your Enterprise license this way?

  • We want you to cancel in a timely manner, otherwise we will incur (financial) obligations for your CRM account.
  • We want you to cancel in writing because it concerns your important (customer) data. We believe it is our duty and your right to handle this with the utmost care and we cannot afford to make a single mistake. We do this in the interest of you and all other customers!

Access after expiration of licenses

When all Pro or Enterprise licenses have expired, the database is converted to a read-only mode in which you can still view and export your relations and files, but you can no longer email and/or view files, documents, tasks/appointments. add. Your database and therefore your data will be deleted after a period of 120 days of no activity.
