MessageBird integration
Our Message API integration with MessageBird allows any company using SpinOffice to chat with their customers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Business, WeChat, Telegram, LINE and SMS. To improve marketing and sales alignment, SpinOffice has integrated some of MessageBird's channels into the CRM. For now, we added the SMS channel and WhatsApp Business channel integration. SMS integration Use the MessageBird SMS service in SpinOffice to deliver SMS messages to your customers instantly. Send anything from marketing campaigns to delivery updates. It’s a two-way communication, so your customers can always reach you. All messages end up in the customer’s archive in SpinOffice. Show your name (up to 11 characters) instead of a number as the sender ID when sending messages in most countries. Send personalized SMS to a group of contacts in SpinOffice. Bypass your own mobile provider and opt to use the SMS gateway of MessageBird instead. This allows you to send your group SMS with less cost and more control. Truly an effective way to reach your target group, it’s ideal for marketing campaigns. The SMS integration in SpinOffice is free for all users, only requirement is a registered MessageBird account. WhatsApp Business integration SpinOffice includes a powerful integration with WhatsApp Business via MessageBird. Using the WhatsApp API, you are able to start a WhatsApp conversation straight form your CRM. And your customers can send WhatsApp messages directly to your inbox. All conversations are archived as usual when using SpinOffice mail. Incoming WhatsApp messages appear in your inbox, you or one of your colleagues can respond directly through a new chat window. Now you can communicate even more directly with your customers, share files, automate canned replies and even create opening hours using WhatsApp templates. Mollie integration
Mollie is one of the largest Payment Service Providers (PSP) in the Netherlands. This means that Mollie facilitates all payments from your customers and pays out the amount at a time of your choosing. Your customer can choose from the most common payment options within Europe, such as iDEAL, credit card, SEPA direct debit, Bancontact (Belgium), Sofort (Germany) and recently also Apple Pay. Mollie meets the requirements of the The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). SpinOffice CRM offers the possibility to integrate Mollie into your CRM. The options are very diverse and are developed by us in consultation with you as a customer. Your wishes and what you want to achieve with the integration of the payment module via Mollie will be discussed in detail beforehand. It is also possible to integrate the SpinOffice invoice module with Mollie. Customer portal It is possible to process payments within your website, by means of an iframe and including a login environment, linked to your Mollie account. All payments are processed directly with the customer data in your CRM system. Your customers can log in within a login environment on your website, check and purchase your products or services, and pay directly via, for example, iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, etc. All payments are received into your Mollie account. Booking module Do you want your customers to be able to book services online in a schedule and make payments immediately? They can. Decide for yourself which services you offer within the refraction module, at what rates and manage the availability of your services. Here too, all payments are processed directly with the customer data in your CRM system. Easy payment of invoices and proposals It is possible to integrate Mollie in the invoice module of SpinOffice CRM. Mollie is then added to the digital invoice as a 'fast payment option'. After payment, the status of the invoice is converted to status 'paid' and the customer automatically receives a payment confirmation and the invoice is sent. Would you like to send a proposal including the option to pay immediately as confirmation of the order? That is of course also possible! Only when this has been paid, the proposal is converted to an invoice with status 'paid'. Interested in the Mollie integration? Getting started with WhatsApp Business
SpinOffice CRM includes a powerful integration with WhatsApp Business via MessageBird. Using the WhatsApp API, you are able to start a WhatsApp conversation straight form your CRM. And your customers can send WhatsApp messages directly to your inbox. All conversations are archived as usual when using SpinOffice mail. Incoming WhatsApp messages appear in your inbox, you or one of your colleagues can respond directly through a new chat window. Now you can communicate even more directly with your customers, share files, automate canned replies and even create opening hours using WhatsApp templates. These templates can be created in MessageBird. What are the requirements? a Messagebird account a Facebook business page a SpinOffice Pro- or Enterprise license Important information to keep in mind in advance: You can only start a conversation by using a WhatsApp template and not via a separate message. Of course you can respond to an incoming WhatsApp message. We recommend choosing a phone number that is not yet a WhatsApp Business number. The chosen phone number cannot be used as a WhatsApp number outside of MessageBird. So not on a phone, WhatsApp web or desktop app. The telephone number will no longer be available as a WhatsApp Business number after termination with MessageBird. We have no influence on the verification process of MessageBird, Facebook / WhatsApp. How to get the WhatsApp Business integration started? Most of the required actions must be done within MessageBird and Facebook. Both platforms have a support center where everything is explained, but all in all the process is quite complex so we are happy to briefly explain the steps to you. At the end we show you the two options we offer for a successful implementation and activation of your WhatsApp Business channel in SpinOffice. Sign up for MessageBird Start by creating a free MessageBird account at www.messagebird.com. Already have a MessageBird account? Then proceed to step 2. Activate the WhatsApp Business integration within MessageBird In MessageBird , sign up for the WhatsApp Business integration. MessageBird will review your application and send it to WhatsApp for approval. You can track the status of the request in your MessageBird Dashboard. Acceptance takes an average of 3 to 4 days. Link your Facebook Business account During the process, you will be asked for your Facebook Business ID. This can be found in your Facebook Business account. If you don't have a Facebook Business account yet, create one for your business at www.business.facebook.com. Verify your business in Facebook Business and accept the invitation If the above steps have been accepted by MessageBird and WhatsApp, you will receive an email from MessageBird asking you to accept WhatsApp in your Facebook Business account and verify your business. Explained what to do here: https://support.messagebird.com/articles/360012920877 Please note that the verification decision is entirely at Facebook's discretion. Once your Facebook Business profile is successfully verified, the request will go to WhatsApp for approval. Choose a phone number for WhatsApp Business configuration in Messagebird Once WhatsApp has approved your request, MessageBird will contact you to match the number you will be using for WhatsApp. This is the number where customers can reach you and from where you can send WhatsApp messages. Choosing your preferred number is an important step. What should you pay attention to? It must be a number that has not been linked to WhatsApp before. It can be either mobile or landline number. Do you opt for an existing WhatsApp number, against MessageBird's advice? Then these are the consequences: All existing chat history will expire. Existing group apps will expire. The number can no longer be used as a WhatsApp Business number on your phone or within WhatsApp web or desktop app. The number will no longer be available as a WhatsApp Business number after termination with MessageBird. Activate the chosen WhatsApp Business number in your MessageBird account In MessageBird, go to Channels and go through the steps to add a new phone number. To activate the channel, a verification code is sent to the chosen WhatsApp number. Acceptance will follow within 30 minutes. Your WhatsApp number has now been added in MessageBird! Add the new WhatsApp Business channel in SpinOffice In SpinOffice, go to menu option Administration -> Integrations and enter the WhatsApp channel ID as you see it in MessageBird. SpinOffice also requests a WhatsApp namespace; you will receive this by email from MessageBird. That is it! You are now all set to start using WhatsApp Business in SpinOffice. Create and verify templates in MessageBird To reach your customers, you need a pre-approved template message. You create this within MessageBird. Once a template message has been approved, you can use it in SpinOffice including merge fields so that you can personalize messages. The costs One-off costs SpinOffice We do not charge annual costs for using the WhatsApp integration via MessageBird in SpinOffice, but only one-time implementation costs. In this way we ensure a successful implementation of the WhatsApp Business channel in SpinOffice. There are the two pricing options. OPTION I OPTION II Complete implementation please! Together we go through all the above steps and ensure a quick implementation. I am self-reliant! We only go through steps 6 to 9 together, the rest is up to you. Note: this may take more time. One-time costs: € 920 One-time costs: € 570 * Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT. WhatsApp / MessageBird usage fees In addition to the one-time implementation costs that we charge once, WhatsApp Business charges a rate per sent notification. These usage charges are settled in your MessageBird account. From February 1, 2022, WhatsApp will switch from a notification-based pricing model to a conversation-based pricing model. WhatsApp calls this “Conversation-Based Pricing”. Instead of paying for notifications sent, businesses are charged per call, including all messages delivered within a 24-hour period. Add a new channel Go to Channels and add a new SMS channel. Give your channel a name, for instance "SpinOffice SMS channel". Add a Virtual Mobile Number (VMN) To create an SMS channel, a Virtual Mobile Number (VMN) is required. Go throught the steps mentioned by MessageBird. After reviewing your application they send you the details about your Virtual Mobile Number that is created for you. You can track the status of the request in your MessageBird Dashboard. Confirmation received? Your channel is ready! Your SMS channel will be shown under the Channels in your MessageBird account. Click on that, and copy the Channel-ID to your clipboard. Add the new SMS channel to SpinOffice In SpinOffice, go to menu option Administration -> Integrations and enter the MessageBird SMS channel ID from your clipboard. That is it! You are now all set to start using the SMS option in SpinOffice. The costs We do not charge any costs for using the SMS integration via MessageBird in SpinOffice. The SMS integration in SpinOffice is free for all users. Additional costs would be for MessageBird services.

Getting started with the Xelion VoIP integration
SpinOffice CRM offers an integration with Xelion VoIP. By linking your SpinOffice account to Xelion, you can make and receive calls directly from SpinOffice. Incoming calls are signaled within your SpinOffice CRM environment. Incoming and outgoing calls are recognized and matched based on the phone number. On incoming calls, SpinOffice automatically creates a call note. There is an automatic logging and time registration of all conversations and, on request, conversations are recorded and automatically saved with the contact in SpinOffice CRM. The advantages of the SpinOffice CRM VoIP integration at a glance: Call directly from SpinOffice CRM (Click-to-Dial) Both incoming and outgoing calls are recognized and linked to your contacts SpinOffice CRM automatically creates call notes Automatic logging and time recording of calls Automatic storage of recorded conversations (on request) Works on Windows and Mac, iOS and Android App What are the requirements? a Xelion account a SpinOffice Pro- or Enterprise license How to activate the Xelion integration? Please contact us first, and we arrange the initial set up with Xelion. Once Xelion has created your VoIP environment (Xelion Plus) you will get access to your online portal. Log in to your portal https://apps.smartxps.com/login. Go to SpinOffice CRM on the left side: Copy the 'Webhook url' to your clipboard. Open SpinOffice CRM. Click on the 'hamburger'-menu icon in the left corner on top. Go to Administration > Integrations and paste the Webhook url from clipboard into the Xelion API key field to activate the VoIP integration. Click on Test Access to see if it works. When the API-connection with SpinOffice CRM is succesful, the integration is immediately activated. Go to Users to link SpinOffice users to Xelion users. Please note: a Xelion subscription is required. There are no one-time setup costs. Xelion uses monthly costs per user of € 45.

Getting started with the e-Boekhouden.nl integration
SpinOffice CRM offers an integration with e-Boekhouden.nl, a Dutch accounting solution that works intuitively and simply. With e-Boekhouden.nl, all invoices, name and address data from SpinOffice are sent to your accounting software in e-Boekhouden.nl at the touch of a button. Contacts from SpinOffice become contacts in e-Boekhouden.nl. So easy! What are the requirements? an e-Boekhouden.nl account (the software is only available in Dutch) the invoice module in SpinOffice CRM a SpinOffice Pro- or Enterprise license How to activate the e-Boekhouden.nl integration? Sign up for e-Boekhouden.nl Start by creating a free e-Boekhouden.nl account. Already an account? Then proceed to step 2. Create a unique API key for SpinOffice. In your e-Boekhouden.nl account, go to Integrations, generate an API key and copy it to your clipboard. Add the API key to SpinOffice In SpinOffice, go to menu option Administration -> Integrations and enter the API-key from your clipboard. That is it! You are now completely ready to start using the e-Boekhouden.nl integration in SpinOffice.
