SpinOffice Pro provides full access to all features, ensuring you get the most out of our CRM system.   First year: €32.50 per user per month (billed annually).   Subsequent years: €35.25 per user per month (billed annually).   Important: Only users with a Pro license have access to the full range of functionalities.   Benefits of a Pro License How to upgrade? The annual fee for Pro is $330 (€ 330) per year* per user. There are three options to upgrade your account and to make the payment: Click on 'Upgrade to Pro' in the right corner on top to purchase your license with your Apple ID in the Mac App Store and PayPal for Windows users. Go to your dashboard to purchase Pro licenses for all database users via PayPal, credit card, iDEAL or bank transfer. Send us an email with the confirmation to upgrade your account and we'll sent you an invoice. * Price is excluding applicable VAT. If you provide us a valid VAT No. in your personal profile in-app we won’t charge VAT on your order.

We don’t require a credit card in advance, so you can try SpinOffice obligation-free until you have reached 50 items. Once this amount has been reached or when you want access to Pro-features, we ask you to upgrade to Pro. Upgrading your license to Pro can be done in the application (different payment methods for Mac and Windows PC) or on the license dashboard. Login with your credentials and to handle the payment for any user license of your choice. Below the available payment methods for your region. Go through a number of steps by first adding the user, then purchasing a license and finally setting the rights. We discuss them below. Step 1: Add new user Go to the main menu and choose Add user. If you do not have this option in the menu, you do not have the right to invite colleagues. Then ask the admin user within your organization to go through the steps. A pop-up window will open. Enter the name and email address of the new user. Click Next. SpinOffice sends an invitation to the new user with instructions on how to log in to your shared database. The new user can now log in but does not yet have a Pro license. Step 2: Purchase a Pro license Go to the menu option License management or click here to go there directly. A login page of our website is opened within a web browser. This is the licensing dashboard. Log in with your SpinOffice credentials. An overview is shown of all users and associated license. The newly added user is listed. Click Buy on the right. Do you want to purchase or renew the license for other users? That is also possible here. The shopping cart and the total amount are listed at the top. Choose Next to continue. Select any additional services and/or click Next again. Your order is displayed. Click Buy to proceed with payment. Choose the desired payment method and make the payment. If successful, you will be taken back to the licensing dashboard. If it didn't work, try a payment method. The user now also has a Pro license for one year. This allows him/her to work unlimited in the database. After payment you will automatically receive the invoice by email. Step 3: Set the right and permissions Go to menu option Administration -> User Settings. In the top left, select the new user. Don't have this option? Then you do not have the Admin right to adjust other people's rights. Then ask the Admin user within your database to do this. Go to the Rights sub-tab on the left. Set the correct rights for the new user. You can compare the rights with those of other users by using the drop-down list for users at the top left of the screen. See Chapter 13. Rights & Permissions for all the information. Within User Settings, you can also set all permissions for the new user such as the email settings, sender settings, inbox, calendar and kanban board sharing. The user also has access to these settings.

In SpinOffice Limited version up to 50 items added manually can be stored. Mass import of contacts (Excel or Apple Contacts) and incoming emails do not count as an item.  SpinOffice Pro provides unlimited file storage and more features. Annual licenses are not automatically extended. You will receive a message from us 14 days before the license expires. Thus you have to renew them manually every year in the license dashboard. If you prefer an auto-renewing subscription, just contact us and we will arrange it. For auto-renewing subscription we apply a notice period of three months. If you decide not to continue with SpinOffice, your database will be converted to a read-only mode where you can always view / export your contacts and files.

We offer two different paid licenses. The notice period and options differ per license type. You can find out which type of license you have in the license dashboard. Pro license These licenses are paid in advance annually and are not automatically renewed. When a license expires, you will receive a message to renew it in the license dashboard using payment via iDEAL, Mollie or any other payment method. Cancellation during the license period is not possible. The duration is always one year after purchase unless otherwise agreed. Enterprise license Enterprise licenses are terminable at least three (3) months prior to the date of the next term's invoice. You can send the cancellation by email to info@spinoffice-crm.com. Why do you need to cancel your Enterprise license this way? We want you to cancel in a timely manner, otherwise we will incur (financial) obligations for your CRM account. We want you to cancel in writing because it concerns your important (customer) data. We believe it is our duty and your right to handle this with the utmost care and we cannot afford to make a single mistake. We do this in the interest of you and all other customers! Thousands of companies now use SpinOffice CRM. To ensure that everything is properly arranged for our customers (availability, security, access, free data storage and support, etc.), we must be strict in applying our conditions and procedures. Access after expiration of licenses When all Pro or Enterprise licenses have expired, the database is converted to a read-only mode in which you can still view and export your relations and files, but you can no longer email and/or view files, documents, tasks/appointments. add. Your database and therefore your data will be deleted after a period of 120 days of no activity. Database deletion Do you want to delete the database in the meantime? That is possible. Read here how this works.

If you decide not to continue with SpinOffice, your database will be converted to a read-only mode where you can always view / export your contacts and files. But you will not be able to add new items to the database and your email accounts are stopped. After 120 days of not logging in your database will be deleted, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
