The added value of SpinOffice is really noticable once you’re working in the same database with a team. What does SpinOffice makes such a cool application for multi-users? You create one central spot for your email, contacts, calendar, documents, files and tasks. All users have their own login credentials and will have access to all data. There are a lot of features that improves collaboration and internal communication. Any data that’s put in the database is stored encrypted and easy to retrieve. No there isn’t! Invite multipe database users (free of charge!) in order to collaborate with your team. Multi-user in free Limited version: Invite your colleagues to participate. No strings attached, no credit cards required. You can set all of this up including multiple users connecting to a shared database as part of the free Limited edition to be sure you are happy with it before you purchase any licenses. You can add more users at any time by installing SpinOffice on additional client PCs or Macs and go to menu option New > Invite database user to invite them within your database. Multi-user in your Pro account: Go to right top corner button 'Manage licenses' to see all active users and licenses. Each invited user will be billed as additional Pro license.

But of course things can be protected or restrictions can be set per user. For example, mailboxes can be restricted, but also, among other things, groups of contacts, individual files, files and calendar appointments. Manage user rights In the free Limited version, every user has the right to see everything. Users can decide for themselves what they want to protect from each other. Then we are talking about the Inbox, Calendar and Kanban board. In the main menu, go to menu option Administration -> User Settings and choose the desired permissions in the sub-tab CRM part.
