Annual licenses are not automatically extended. You will receive a message from us 14 days before the license expires. Thus you have to renew them manually every year in the license dashboard. If you prefer an auto-renewing subscription, just contact us and we will arrange it. For auto-renewing subscription we apply a notice period of three months.
If you decide not to continue with SpinOffice, your database will be converted to a read-only mode where you can always view / export your contacts and files.
