Yes, we would be happy to demonstrate SpinOffice CRM via a web conference at your convenience. The demo lasts about 20 minutes. To schedule your personal session, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We provide online trainings to improve the use and to learn the intricacies of our application. This training can be given via TeamViever or Skype. During this training we will take over your screen and explore your personal account together. It will take 1,5 hours of your time, but will save you more over the longer term.
The SpinOffice CRM user guide is to be found here in our Support center and is available in various languages (English, German, Italian and Dutch). The manual is also available in the application. Go to menu option Support -> User manual.
We provide email and phone support if needed. At the beginning we will help you several times free of charge, because we really would like you to love our application. After that, for Limited users support will cost $45.- per ticket. A ticket is one support item. For our Pro users we provide email and phone support with a maximum of 4 support items per month. After that, support will cost $45.- per ticket.
