We don’t require a credit card in advance, so you can try SpinOffice obligation-free until you have reached 50 items. Once this amount has been reached or when you want access to Pro-features, we ask you to upgrade to Pro. SpinOffice Pro cost $27.50 per month billed annually per user license. This USD price will automatically be shown to US users on click on the orange ‘Upgrade to Pro’ button in the right top corner of the application or in your dashboard once you've logged in.
In SpinOffice Limited version up to 50 items added manually can be stored. Mass import of contacts (Excel or Apple Contacts) and incoming emails do not count as an item. SpinOffice Pro provides unlimited file storage and more features. Visit the feature list for a complete overview of all difference.
Annual licenses are not extended automatically. Renew them manually every year in your online dashboard. If you’d prefer an auto-renewing subscription, just contact us and we will arrange it. For auto-renewing subscription we apply a notice period of three months. If you decide not to continue with SpinOffice, your database will be converted to a readonly mode where you can always view / export your contacts and files.
As mentioned in previous FAQ, your account will not be renewed automatically after a year. Thus when your license has expired, it will instantly transform into a free Limited account as read-only and without user support. Your account and thus your data will remain accessible as long as you log in within 90 days.
If you decide not to continue with SpinOffice, your database will be converted to a readonly mode where you can always view / export your contacts and files. You won't receive any new emails and you're not able to add new items to the database After 90 days of not logging in your database will be deleted, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
