When you experience authentication issues while logging into the CalDAV-account on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, it shows you the 'CalDAV account verification failed' error.

How to resolve this?

  1. Try to re-enter your password and click on Done. When blue check marks appear on the right, the account is recognized and it will work again.
  2. If that won't solve it, remove the CalDAV account and re-add it again.
  3. If the error still remains;
    1. Go to SpinOffice CRM and reset your password under menu option Extra -> Change password.
      (Note that this new password applies from that moment on when logging in to SpinOffice)
    2. Try to re-enter the new password on your device's CalDAV account.
    3. If that won't solve it, remove the CalDAV account and re-add it again.


In the end, it is important that the CalDAV account shows blue check marks on the right. That implies a successful connection!
