For Limited free edition users we provide initial free support to help you setting up the account. If you have questions in the first few weeks, please write us an email or call us:

After initial support, email and phone support will cost $45 per support item. Once you have upgraded to Pro, you will be entitled to email and phone support with a maximum of 4 support tickets per month. Each subsequent support ticket will also cost $45 per support item.



15.2 Online training
